If you wish to make a complaint you have the option of writing to, telephoning or emailing CHNI. You may also use the contact form below to contact us.
List as clearly and accurately as possible your comment, suggestion or complaint and forward to:

If you wish to complain about a specific incident/service received you must make your complaint within 3 months of the incident occurring.
